Paper Problem

I have a problem. More like an addiction. My weakness is paper. Scrapbook paper. I guess there's worse addictions in the world. I would guess I have enough to go from one end zone to the other of at least two football fields. AT LEAST that much. And when was the last time I scrapbooked? I can't remember. And when was the last time I bought scrapbook paper? Last Friday. I can't shake it. I guess it's just something about the beautiful designs on the paper that make me think "I'll never see paper this awesome again. I HAVE to have it!" And so I get it (at least two sheets of it) and I put it in my craft closet. And there it stays. My saving grace has been card club. Once a month a few lucky sheets are chosen. But that's about it. But I still buy it. And darn it, it makes me happy. Don't all these pretty papers make you smile?
BTW. Does anybody have or know about cheap 12x12 paper stackers? Or a better way to organize them? Storing them in huge piles isn't doing me any good at all.

You gotta go vertical baby! That's the best way then you can easily thumb through them and you can get the organizers pretty cheap. I am pretty sure mine are cropper hopper brand they are just plasitc and they have little dividers and everything. I have my cardstock and some patterned paper separated by color and then I have all of my coordinates in one. Obviously you can do what you want separate by maker etc. That's my 2 cents! Oh and I use to have the paper trays that I bought and I really did not think they were effective so I sold them at a garage sale and let me tell you someone got a smokin deal.

oh and you can get them at Michaels with 40% or 50% off coupons. They do also have the white wooden cubes with dividers in them but those would be more pricey and only side is open where the cropper hopper ones have the top open and half of the front side.

I feel the same way about paper except I have never scrapbooked in my life. I don't have hardly any at my house but if see a good one, I get it too. Sometimes I use them to make cards. There is always a reason to have good paper on hand. :)

Brad says you should make wall paper out of it. Cute? I don't know about taking decorating advice from manly kind of men like him.

It is the crafty-ness is you for sure. Always coming up with something even before it happens. I have seen people even frame them for cheap decorating. It actually looked good in the "semetrical look" You could pull it off I am sure with your talent. ANyways....where have you been - I never see you!
PS Supposidly Jamie and Bro. Canova are wearing stinky diapers (per Rex in Primary) :)

I bought these big bins from Joanns that come with hanging file folders that are big enough for 12X12 paper. So I file mine. They came with a rolling cart, but I don't use those. I got them on sale for $20. I LOVE IT! It fits nicely in my closet and I have one for cardstock and one for other paper.

Oh man! I have the same addiction! 3 shelfs in my craft room are taken up by paper! There is no more room for paper. I swore to not buy anymore until I scrapbooked again but I was at Michaels yesterday an I saw paper that was so cute and I don't have it(shocker) and so I bought to books of it. Talk about addicted! It's really bad!
